1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the OliveSend application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OliveSend Inc.

2. Eligibility

To use OliveSend, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of a country where OliveSend operates
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable law

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet all of the above requirements.

3. Account Registration & Verification

You must complete our identity verification process (KYC) before sending money. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@olivesend.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Our Services

OliveSend provides international money transfer services. We allow you to send funds to recipients in supported countries via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or cash pickup. Transfer availability, limits, and delivery times may vary by destination country and are subject to change.

5. Fees & Exchange Rates

• All applicable fees are displayed clearly before you confirm a transfer. By confirming, you agree to pay the stated fees.
• Exchange rates are live market rates and may fluctuate. The rate displayed at the time of confirmation is the rate applied to your transaction.
• OliveSend does not charge hidden fees or add markups to exchange rates.

6. Transfer Limits

• Personal accounts: up to $1,000 per month
• Family Plus accounts: unlimited transfers at a flat fee of $1.99 per transfer
• Business accounts: unlimited batch transfers at a flat fee of $4.99 per batch

Limits may be adjusted based on verification level and regulatory requirements.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use OliveSend to:

• Send money on behalf of a third party without their knowledge
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Fund terrorist activities or violate any international sanctions
• Provide false or misleading information during registration or transfers
• Attempt to circumvent our security or verification systems

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Once a transfer has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled if it has already been processed.
• If a transfer fails to reach the recipient due to an error on our part, we will refund the full amount including fees within 3–5 business days.
• If a transfer is returned due to incorrect recipient details provided by you, the amount will be refunded minus any applicable fees.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and technology on OliveSend are the property of OliveSend Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OliveSend is not liable for:

• Losses caused by factors outside our control, including banking system failures or currency fluctuations
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services
• Delays caused by recipient banks, mobile networks, or regulatory holds

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, if required by regulators, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@olivesend.com. Any pending transfers at the time of closure will be completed or refunded according to our standard policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Liberia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Monrovia, Liberia, except where prohibited by local law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of OliveSend after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
