OliveSend is committed to operating with full transparency and in strict accordance with the laws and regulations of Liberia and all jurisdictions in which we operate. Our compliance framework is designed to protect our customers, prevent financial crime, and maintain the highest standards of integrity in every transaction.

1. Licensing & Registration

OliveSend Inc. is a registered money transfer operator incorporated under the laws of Liberia, with its registered office at 3rd Street, Sinkor, Monrovia, Liberia. We operate in compliance with the Central Bank of Liberia's guidelines for payment service providers and money transfer businesses.

All cross-border transfers conducted through OliveSend are processed through licensed banking and payment partners who are themselves regulated in their respective jurisdictions.

2. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

OliveSend maintains a comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering program that includes:

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

Before sending money through OliveSend, all users are required to complete identity verification. This is a legal requirement and helps us protect our customers from fraud. Our KYC process requires:

4. Sanctions Compliance

OliveSend screens all customers and transactions against international sanctions lists, including those issued by the United Nations, the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the European Union. We do not facilitate transfers to or from sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.

5. Data Protection
